Guild Leader: He can do it all, 'nuff said.
(Raid priority 1)
Officer: Invite new members, promote/demote anyone to and from class leader position. Help manage the guild.
(Raid priority 1)
Class leader: Responsible for finding new members of the class they are in charge of, also someone that people can come to for advice on their designated class. They make sure everyone of their class is raid ready (i.e. raid spec, gear enchanted and gemmed properly and has brought needed provisions [food, elixers, flaskes]).
Note: the toons of Class leaders are not always the same class as the class they oversee. The rank is given based on their knowledge of the class, and sometimes those who do not play a class as their current main still have a stronger understanding of it than those who do.
(Raid Priority 1)
Raider: This rank denotes that the person has wished to be a raider and has passed all
requirements for the rank. They have top loot and raid spot priority, equal with the priority of the Guild leader, Officers, and Class Leaders. Those of the raider rank are
required to be available for a raid if they are online. They are expected to be PVE specced and to bring their A-game to all raids.
(Raid Priority 1)
Recruit: The rank given to a new member that wishes to be a raider. This rank is next in priority for raiding. Like raiders, those of the recruit rank are
required to be available for a raid if they are online, and are also expected to be PVE specced and bring their A-game to all raids. Recruits will remain at this position until they have attended enough raids and shown the guild officers and/or their class leader that they meet raider requirements.
(Raid Priority 2)
Social: This rank has only one requirement: Do not make the guild look bad! No spamming trade, no treating other players badly. Loot ninja's are not tolerated. This class is not required to go to raids and it is perfectly acceptable if a social does not want to raid. A social will have priority to raid and receive loot over alts, but when doing challenging content they not be invited to a raid over PUGS.
(Raid Priority 3)
Alt: This rank denotes that the character is an alt for a guild member of higher rank. The same rules as social apply here. For raids on farm, an Alt will have priority to raid over a PUG if they intend on using the alt to benefit the guild. For raids not on farm, a PUG will have priority over an Alt. Alts and Socials will be in he same priority. When handing out RAID loot mains get loot before alts in every case, and they have the lowest loot priority of guild members.
(Raid Priority 3)
Inactive:
Any toon that goes one month or more of not playing will be dropped to inactive status. This does not apply to the Guild leader or Officers.
